Kanye West took the world premier of his brand new video for “Love Lockdown”MTV, or BET’s 106 & Park. Instead, he took it to The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
We doubt the streets were watching, but we’re pretty sure a couple of hockey moms caught it.

Flo Rida celebrated his birthday over the weekend with a bash that featured guests Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Pepa of Salt-n-Pepa.
The 1800 Tequila-bash was held at Cameo Theater Nightclub in South Beach. Flo performed while Khaled took to the wheels of steel to appropriately shout out the rapper on his born day.
Flo was presented with his own custom bottle of 1800 Tequila featuring his his imaged embossed on the glass.
Rick Ross was scheduled to perform in Miami last night as a Pro-Obama voter registration drive with Jay-Z and Wyclef. An illness to Hov, however, forced organizers to cancel the event. Ross recently release a slew of freestyles and is set to drop his next album, Deeper than Rap, is set to drop in 2009.
Actress Kerry Washington was spotted this weekend at the Louis Vuitton show during Paris Fashion Week with rocker Lenny Kravitz.
Nothing against Lenny, but let’s hope they are just friends and nothing more.
If not, there are going to be a lot of disappointed single Black men out there knowing that they lost out on Kerry Washington to a tattooed guitarist who was caught kissing Naomi Campbell last week in Paris.
Esquire magazine has named actress Halle Berry the sexiest woman alive in their November issue.
“I don’t know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I’ll take it,” says Berry, who gave birth to her daughter, Nahla in March.
“Sexiness is a state of mind — a comfortable state of being,” she says. “It’s about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments.”
Looking at this photo, I don’t think Halle has many unlovable moments.
42 is the new 22, because she looks stunning at her age.
I don’t think you will find too many folks who disagree with Halle’s new title.
Beyonce is finally ready to come clean about her marriage to rapper Jay-Z in the latest issue of Essence magazine.

The singer says her new album, coming in November, is her most personal to date. For the first time ever, she opens up to ESSENCE about paparazzi, the wedding, the rumored engagement ring, and what we all missed!

I didn’t know many 15-year-old girls who had a body like this growing up, but then again, I wasn’t friends with Kim Kardashian.
In order to shut down the rumors that she went under the knife for some “enhancements,” Kardashian has posted this photo of her as a teenager.
“I hope after seeing this you guys will never ask me a plastic surgery question again,” Kardashian wrote. “I have had a size C since I was 11 years old!”
Kim is not known for her twins, but for her assets, as in the junk in her trunk.
But she was quick to shoot those rumors down as well, saying “All the butt implant rumors are just so not true and now just silly to me.”
Gone-but-not-forgotten I Love Money bootee Chance recently spoke to King magazine about his kinda-sorta former flame New York, and what he has to say is…confusing. Describing sex with New York, Chance says:
“It was like having sex with a stuffed animal—with those fake eyes and fake hair. A stuffed animal with a real set of you-know-what. It feels like having sex with an oversize Cabbage Patch. You got silicone parts that are made for toys.”
It’s all well and good, since expecting sensitivity from Chance is like…well, expecting sensitivity from New York. Although she didn’t have those “silicone parts” until after the first season I Love New York finished taping. But whatever, it gets more confusing when Chance gives his parting advice for the HBIC:
“Stop kissing so many damn guys, man. Relax. Take it slow. Don’t put no more plastic parts on you, because you ain’t a toy. Unless you want to be my toy again. That’s aight, then. Come on down. You know where to find me. But New York, be safe out there. You’re a good person. Stallionaires love you.”
So, having sex with New York was like having sex with a stuffed animal, but Chance isn’t opposed to doing it again. Is this his way of telling us that he’s a plushie?

Real and Chance will get their much deserved, and much anticipated chance to find real love as 15 young ladies move into their Stallionaire ranch house and try to capture their hearts. In the final episode, Chance and Real will make the most difficult decision of their lives. With two women vying for each of their hearts, they must decide who they would like to take a real chance of love with, and who’s going home alone.

Scream Queens (premieres October 12)
The Scream Queens project gathers 10 unknown actresses vying for an unprecedented prize – a major role in a horror movie from Lionsgate Films. The contestants will compete in a series of challenges designed to prove they have the smarts, talent and vocal strength to succeed. Writer-director-producer James Gunn, known best as the writer of the horror film, Slither as well as the remake of Dawn of the Dead, actress Shawnee Smith and acting coach John Homa will serve as judges on this upcoming reality competition series.
Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew: Season Two (premieres October 23)
VH1 has once again partnered with Dr. Drew Pinsky for a second season of the hit reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Similar to the first cycle, the second season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew will follow the real-life experiences of celebrity patients undergoing detoxification and treatment at a center in the Los Angeles area. The 8 episode series will chronicle the patients’ intensive 21-day program with both group and one-on-one therapy and non-traditional therapies like art and music. The show will follow Jeff Conaway as he checks back into rehab after a series of back surgeries, setbacks and subsequent reliance on pain medications. Joining him in rehab are Sean Stewart (Sons of Hollywood), Amber Smith (model/actress), Rodney King, Nikki McKibbon (American Idol), Steven Adler (Guns n Roses) and Tawny Kitaen (Actress). Gary Busey, who is 13 years sober from his cocaine addiction, will also be joining the cast to take the journey with the others and to share his experiences on the recovery process.
Eddie Griffin Going for Broke (premieres November 3)
From his sitcom Malcolm and Eddie, to movies like Undercover Brother to his sold-out standup tours, comedian Eddie Griffin is a major player in the comedy game. He’s also one of the hardest working men in the entertainment industry…and he better be. He has eight children, two ex-wives, four “baby-mamas” and an entourage of family and friends who make his life complete. Problem is…they are also bleeding him dry – Financially.
Eddie Griffin: Going for Broke is a 30 minute docu-series that will give viewers an intimate look into Eddie’s struggle to get his life under control and how he deals with the pressure of supporting himself and his whole family. Eddie’s problem is his generous heart, preventing him from making the painful choices necessary to bring himself out of a financial nose dive. Enter Doris, Eddie’s mom, who’s just the person to give him a big dose of tough love. Will Mom tolerate the blow-out parties and fast Hollywood life that Eddie loves so much? Her efforts to do this are proving unsuccessful. Can she open Eddie’s eyes to the fact that his life is out of control? That’s up to Eddie.
Gotti’s Way: Season Two (premieres November 3)
It’s the second season for VH1’s Gotti’s Way and life goes on for Irv, Deb and the kids. This new season is about “breaking the cycle” – for Deb, that means taking the first steps towards independence and showing her kids that this is not the way a marriage is supposed to be. For Irv, the record industry, and in particular hip-hop, are in dire straits and there are no signs of change.
Irv’s kids, Sonny, JJ, and Angie, continue their trials and tribulations of “growing up.” Even though non-traditional, they are still a family: Angie is dating and beginning to look at colleges, Sonny is becoming a talented basketball player, and JJ is still the baby in the family. This is definitely not the Cosbys’ or Run’s House…but it is clear that whatever way things turn out, they are going to be Gotti’s Way.

American Idol’s Paris Bennett has welcomed a baby girl, her rep said in a statement Monday.
Egypt Bennett, who was born at 3:36 p.m. Monday afternoon, weighed in at 5 lbs., 15 oz.
“I’m so excited to finally see my little angel – and man, does she have lungs on her,” the first-time mom said. “I guess she’s gearing up to be the next American Idol.”
Bennett, known as “Princess P” on the fifth season of Idol, was in labor for five hours before giving birth.
“Paris’s mother Jamecia Bennett and her family is filled with excitement and welcomes their bundle of joy,” her rep said in the statement.
Bennett announced in June that she was expecting. Her mother told the Minneapolis StarTribue at the time that the baby’s father “chooses not to be in the public eye.”
Bennett, 20, plans to release her album, A Royal Christmas, on Oct. 14.
