Right now, this is the way everybody should be responding to rumors of beef

Last night on New York City’s Hot97, DJ Kay Slay played a song entitled, “He Asked For It” by Uncle Murda featuring Jay-Z.

Listen to the song here

At first, many thought elements of Jay-Z’s verse were taking aim at Fat Joe and DJ Khaled. But after a source close to the making of the track cleared up the song’s origins to Miss Info of Hot97 on her blog Missinfo.tv, and the track’s producer, Just Blaze also debunked the rumors on his own blog, Themegatrondon2.com, rumors of a diss simmered.

But when Fat Joe was asked to to respond to the alleged beef, he not only took the high road, he also made sure this issue would not detract from a much larger agenda. “I have no beef whatsoever with Jay-Z,” Joe told Miss Info. “In fact, we share a common goal…getting Barack Obama elected on November 4.”

Without question, Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas is a music industry icon. As one third of the super hot R&B trio TLC, she made history as a member of the highest selling female group of all time. With over 45 million records sold worldwide, her phenomenal success was achieved with a massive string of hits, including the number one single Waterfalls. Her stint in this successful group gained her several accolades and her breathtaking beauty deemed her one of the most beautiful women in music. Now, after a long hiatus, Chilli is back on the scene with a brand new solo album on the horizon. The folks at Hype Hair magazine had the pleasure of having Chilli visit their New York studios for this exclusive photo shoot. This beautiful fashion spread, styled by Eric ‘Estylz’ Santiago, showcases Chilli’s crazy, sexy, cool style to perfection.

Insisting that a little goes a long way, make-up artist Tiffany Garlick says she took the basic approach to applying Chilli’s make-up for this shoot. ‘Chilli’s skin is flawless! You really can’t find one imperfection and she takes care of her skin very well. She’s just a natural girl. Chilli likes her make-up very natural, so I chose a very light foundation and highlighted her cheeks. I used Dermablend foundation and a little Peach Twist blush from MAC on her cheeks to give her a little glow. For her eyes, I used a little concealer, applied lashes and gave her a little crease in the eyelids and that was it.’ For Chilli’s hair, celebrity hairstylist Anji B. styled Chilli’s hair by finger combing her voluminous waves. Anji also pinned her hair up into a fun, tousled ponytail to change it up a bit.
