First Suge Knight blamed Kanye West for being shot and robbed and now the former Death Row mogul thinks the cops got in on the action.

As previously reported, Knight filed a suit in Bankruptcy Court, accusing West and Miami’s Shore Club of negligence, injuries and premises liability. Suge was shot at Yeezy’s pre-MTV Video Music Awards party at the Shore Club back in 2005.

According to court documents, Suge lost a 15-carat diamond studded earring worth $135, 000 during the incident. Well, it turns out Suge is now claiming not one, but two missing studs. The mogul contends Barstow police is responsible for the second missing earring. Suge claims Barstow cops took him to the West Valley Detention Center and later the California Institution for Men following the shooting. Knight’s earring was allegedly stolen while he was being shuffled between locations.

In related news, Knight was recently charged with two felonies and one misdemeanorstemming from the alleged assault of his longtime girlfriend in Las Vegas

T-Pain is finally cashing in on Auto-Tune. Artists like Lil Wayne and Kanye West asked the Ring Leader for his blessing before using the instrument, but Diddy is taking it one step further.

As previously mentioned, the Bad Boy mogul’s upcoming album will be entirely sung using Auto-Tune. Word is the Puffster will be crediting T-Pain by giving him royalties on the album.

“I gave T-Pain one point on my [upcoming] album for using the Auto-Tune,” Diddy revealed on Sunday night during “Total Finale Live.”

“Sign the papers,” Pain added, confirming Puff’s revelation. “Diddy actually gave me royalties on this album just for using Auto-Tune. He signed the contract and everything. If I can do that with Diddy, somebody else better be signing something. It’s Diddy. He didn’t have to involve me at all. … I’m writing and producing on his album, and he gave me extra royalties on top of that for using something I just brought back.”

Taco Bell Sues 50 Cent November 20, 2008

Taco Bell wants its hand in 50 Cent’s pockets. The fast-food chain reportedly filed a counter suit against a $4 million federal lawsuit Fif filed this past July. The suit accused Taco Bell of using his name to sell tacos.

Lawyers for Taco Bell are reportedly trying to use Fif’s bad ass image against him in the court filings- referring to the Queens rapper as a “self-described former drug dealer and hustler” in court filings.

“Jackson has used his colorful past to cultivate a public image of belligerence and arrogance and has a well-publicized track record of making threats, starting feuds and filing lawsuits,” Taco Bell lawyer Robert Lehrburger wrote in the filings. “At the same time, Jackson holds himself out as a giver to charity and one who wants to give back to his community. This lawsuit is another of Jackson’s attempts to burnish his gangsta rapper persona by distorting beyond all recognition a bona fide, good faith offer that Taco Bell made to Jackson.”

Taco Bell initially asked Fif to change his name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent for one day as part of a new promotion. The restaurant promised to give $10,000 to Fif’s favorite charity if he rapped his order from a drive-thru window. Fif then filed a suit for trademark infringement, accusing TB of cooking up a publicity stunt by including his name in the promo.

Fif’s attorney, Peter Raymond had no comments regarding the counter suit. “It makes me wonder why they would decide to use his name in their ad campaign if they think he’s such a bad character,” Raymond told New York’s Daily News.

Date Night: Massage Night November 20, 2008

Massage Night
Affection and affinity for your partner can be shown in many ways, but none are quite as personal as a massage. Given correctly, a massage can be one of the most intensly sensual moments you can share with your partner. It has even been referred to as a dance of love with your fingertips. Not a surprise, considering the skin is the largest sensory organ in the body! The next time you want to plan some thing a little more special and out-of-the-ordinary, spoil your partner with a night of massage.

Ingredients of the Romantic Masseuse

The Quick List of What You’ll Need
*a willing recipient
*a quite place
*a warm place
*oil or lotion
*a towel
*a padded area
*soothing music
*props

You’ll need some type of oil or lotion. Fragrant oils are fine, but keep in mind your partner’s sensitivity to smells or skin irritations. Also check to see if they are allergic to any kind of oils, lotions or scents. If you’d rather not use the oils or lotions, try cornstarch.

Next, you’ll need to decide on a location. Obviously, not many couples have access to a massage table, so you’ll need to create the next best thing! A sturdy tabletop padded with foam or blankets should work great. Otherwise, try a padded floor, or for the more adventurous, a large towel on the beach or secluded park. If you plan on doing the massage outside, take precautions against insects and excessive heat or cold.

If staying inside is more appealing, then allow for no distractions! This means unplug the phone and arrange for no one else to be in the house, including children. Wherever you choose, make sure you have easy and comfortable access to both the right and left sides of your partner’s body and that the temperature is comfortably warm. If need be, cover the areas of the body you’re not working on with a light comfortable blanket, or use a portable heater.

You’ll also need a towel or two to wipe your hands or your partner. Also, a towel can also come in very handy in the case of a spill.

For your covering cloth, make sure to select something that is OK to be oiled. A sheet works perfectly for this.

The most enticing part of a massage can often be the atmosphere in which it is presented. If quality time is spent on setting the mood, you’ll both reap the rewards! Play some soft relaxing classical, jazz or “mood” music in the background. You can play anything without any harsh rhythms or words. Candlelight, incense and flowers are wonderful mood setters as well. Try to make the setting evoke a feeling of sensuality and comfort. Take your time, and make sure you have plenty of pillows and comfortable blankets. Consider it your temple of love.

Props are a wonderful addition to any massage. Anything that is soft to the touch, but not too light so as to tickle will be wonderful. Feathers, a silk scarf, flowers, flannel strips, etc. also work beautifully. If using a feather, make sure not to do it too lightly. If you decide to use props, keep them within easy reach.

Massage Tips:

  • Before starting, make sure your partner is comfortable and doesn’t need anything. (i.e. they don’t have to go to the restroom, aren’t hungry, etc.)
  • To start, you might want to give them a simple back rub or a head massage (an often overlooked sensual area). This will get you and your partner into communication with each other as well as let your partner get used to your touch. Once you’re both ready, have your partner lie down on their stomach. Stradle your partner’s body (a leg on each side) and begin to let your fingers stroke lightly, starting from the neck down. Each stroke should begin from the spine and roll off the sides of your partner’s body. Remember that continous movement is the key. Always try to keep even pressure between each hand.
  • When you place or remove your hands, use a glide on, glide off style of touching. Glide in the direction your hands will be moving on or off the body. Maintain a continous flow while massaging. Make your movements blend together, each one enhancing the preceding one and preparing for the next. Your strokes should be fluid, never jerky. Always take your hands around or off of the body rather then stopping in mid-flow.
  • Keep the massage varied. Often change the tempo, rythm and pressure. While the point is to relax your partner, you don’t want them to fall asleep either!
  • If you’re unsure of how much pressure to give, lighter is usually better. Talk with your partner to find out how they prefer it. When massaging their legs, feet, arms or hands make sure to give equal massage time to each side.
  • Make sure your recipient is enjoying what you are doing. You can usually tell, but if you’re not sure, ask them.
  • Be comfortable and confident with yourself and what you’re doing. This is your gift to your partner – let that show. From here, let your heart be your guide and let your instincts rule your fingers.

A Much Needed Massage
The days were long and the nights short. Work was taking over our lives when fate intervened and I met a lady that does home delivery massages. So, I booked her and told my boyfriend to not bring any friends over. I brought home his favorite bottle of wine, cooked up a steak, and covered the house in candles. When he came home, the massage table was set up. I saw the biggest smile ever when he finally realized what the dim lights, music, and candles were about. It was the most relaxing night and not at all as expensive as you would think. We were too relaxed for anything after our massages, but it was something he bragged to his friends about for weeks. A few weeks later he surprised me with a ring and the big question.

At Home Spa Day
My boyfriend is going to chiropractic college, so we don’t have a lot of money right now. He told me he wanted to do something special for me, so one weekend; he invited me to “Blake’s Spa.” When I woke up that morning, he brought me breakfast in bed. He had set up our bathroom with candles and a bubble bath, which we shared. When we were ready to get out of the bubble bath, he went out and got our towels, which he had put in the dryer so that they were warm. He then gave me a foot massage, while soaking the foot that wasn’t being massaged in a foot bath. We had a nap for a while, then after the nap, he gave me a full body massage. Later that evening he made us both dinner. Then he had made his own facial mask from a recipe that he got online. He gave me my own personal facial, and while that was setting, he gave me a head massage. It was one of the most romantic days that we have spent together, and it only cost us about $10 for the ingredients for the face mask. Needless to say, he was very well rewarded for his efforts!

Your Private Massage Therapist
I was thinking that something really cool to learn to satisfy my girlfriend would be to learn massage. I went and got some books and some Jasmine massage oil (girls love that scent) and I learned a thing or two. About a week later, I told my girlfriend to come over. When she arrived, I took her down to my room, lit with candles, and sat her down at a home made italian dinner right in the middle of my room. After we were done eating, I told her that I had learned a thing or two about massage and I’d like to try it on her. She LOVED it and told me that she’s never felt anything like it or had anyone do anything so sweet before. She said that night was the most memorable she’d ever had.

Ex-husband of Juanita Bynum holds services at the Holiday Inn

Bishop Thomas Weeks III might be putting his “wife search” webisode on hold to focus on finding a new place to have church.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Weeks was evicted out of his Global Destiny International Ministries cathedral in Duluth Georgia Friday. On Sunday, his congregation held services at the Holiday Inn in Norcross.

Weeks currently owes over $400,000 to the landlord of the campus where Global Destiny once sat. Weeks said the money he owes includes attorney’s fee, late fees, and interest. He stopped paying rent in July.

Weeks renamed his church Global Destiny Worldwide Vision, and said that he was “re-sizing” the church to “to fit economic times.” “When something like this happens, it’s really an exodus into a new prophecy,” he said. “People do not understand the cost of running a worldwide ministry.”

Got ink?

Rihanna certainly does. The singer showed off a new tattoo on her right wrist Wednesday, as she chatted with reporters at a UNICEF event.

“It’s tribal,” she said at the charity’s annual Snowflake Lighting Ceremony in New York’s Grand Army Plaza. “It represents strength and love.”

Rihanna also revealed that she got the exotic-looking tat while in New Zealand for a recent tour date.

“It’s their traditional way of tattooing,” she said of the Maori-inspired geometric design. “I always wanted [one].”

But even for a tattoo enthusiast like Rihanna, this particular method had one big drawback: “It hurt like hell!”

The “Disturbia” singer has a number of other tats – including a cluster of stars on her neck. (Boyfriend Chris Brown has a matching set.)

Michelle Obama’s backside; ‘American Gangster’ returns; Aretha on AMAs; Julian Bond steps down; Howard flirts; backtracking Baldwin; Sugar Hill lawsuit November 20, 2008

A black, female columnist at Salon.com has written an entire piece praising the derriere of Michelle Obama. “I’m a black woman who never thought I’d see a powerful, beautiful female with a body like mine in the White House. Then I saw Michelle Obama — and her booty!” writes Erin Aubry Kaplan “…Barack’s better half not only has stature but is statuesque. She has coruscating intelligence, beauty, style and — drumroll, please — a butt. (Yes, you read that right: I’m going to talk about the first lady’s butt.)” Continue reading here.

*R&B legend Aretha Franklin will present the first award of the night at the “2008 American Music Awards,” producer Larry Klein announced Wednesday. Also, Natasha Bedingfield will join Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, New Kids On The Block, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Kanye West and many more performers (19 in total) at this year’s celebration.

*BET’s “American Gangster” docu-series returns tonight at 10pm (E/P) with the spotlight on the first and most famous director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover. Positioned as an avowed and implacable enemy of Communism, Hoover was often at odds with left-leaning Black leaders throughout his reign, including Marcus Garvey and Paul Robeson. During the tumultuous ‘60s decade, Hoover went even further, undertaking a virtual counter-revolution against the civil rights movement – with particular venom directed at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. – and ultimately enabling the Bureau to create COINTELPRO.

*Veteran civil rights activist Julian Bond will not seek another term as chairman of the NAACP’s national board, saying the time is right to “let a new generation of leaders” take over the century-old organization. Bond, 68, has served as chairman since 1998. He announced Tuesday that his current one-year chairman’s term, which expires in February, will be his last, although he plans to remain on the board. “This is a time for renewal. We have dynamic new leadership. The country has a new president in Barack Obama; the organization has a new CEO in Benjamin Jealous, and we’ll soon have a new chairman of the NAACP Board,” Bond said in a statement. “The NAACP and the country are in good hands.”

*The New York Post is reporting that Terrence Howard couldn’t keep his hands off of French model Noemie Lenoir during Friday night’s opening of the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami. After Mariah Carey performed, the two were spotted at hotel lounge Blade. A source told Page Six: “Terrence saw Noemie in the crowd and started singing to her. He came to see her the next night at the Victoria’s Secret show, and they like each other a lot.”

*Republican Stephen Baldwin is now backtracking on his threat to leave the United States if Barack Obama wins the presidency. “The liberal Democrats who didn’t get that I was joking need to lighten up,” the born-again Christian told Page Six. “Obama is obviously talented and intelligent, and I have great respect for the man. He’s got my full support, and I’m gonna be praying for him and his administration.”

*Sugar Hill Gang co-founder Joey Robinson is being sued by ex-bandmates Michael (Wonder Mike) Wright and Guy (Master G) O’Brien on claims that he owes them royalties. Wright and O’Brien, who’ve been touring as the Original Sugar Hill Gang, performed last weekend on CNN’s “D.L. Hughley Breaks the News.” Robinson tells the New York Daily News of the touring group:  “It’s really a sham to confuse the public.” He says he’ll sue them for encroaching on his trademarks.
